AWKWARD! This picture was taken the first time I actually held my book. Can you tell that I’m excited?!
Here are some more recent pics I wanted to share:
Here I am getting swept away by the beauty of my mom’s quilt.
Kisses from my favorite furry friend.
Giving my best Mackenzie Wellesley yell as I hold the Hungarian version of AWKWARD!
But the coolest of them all?
I really did meet Ellen DeGeneres! Still geek out just thinking about it.
You ACTUALLY MET ELLEN DEGENERES AND NO ONE TOLD me! Why am I the adorable who never gets notice by popularity? Oh WHY, WHY, WHY?

Hi Erin!
I’m so glad you enjoyed Awkward! My spin off sequel is actually called Decked with Holly (Confusing, I know! We changed the name after Awkward was released.) and it comes out September 25th. I just received some advanced reader copies, so be sure to keep checking my website for opportunities to win a copy. I can’t wait to hear what you think of it!
Sincerely,
Marni

I just finished “Decked With Holly” and I loved it! You made me start snort-laughing with the pregnant zombie bit, I had to run out of my room and start relaying the whole thing to my siblings who totally didn’t get it. It’s the best feeling when a book makes you laugh out loud, thank you.
